02What the content is
This site describes Dianping (大众点评) and the services we provide to Malaysian businesses. It is general information only and is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice.
An enquiry through the site's form, WhatsApp or email does not create a contract between you and us. The scope, price and terms of any service are set by a written service agreement signed by both parties; if that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails. Our services are for businesses, not for personal or household use.
03Data, sources and results
Platform data, tourism figures and case examples on this site come from Dianping, other platforms or third-party sources, and they can change over time. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate or applicable to your business. Before you rely on a figure for a business decision, check it with us or with its original source.
Listing approval, lists such as the Must-Eat and Must-Visit lists, rankings, exposure and advertising results are decided by the platform's rules and by consumers, not by us. We do not guarantee any business a particular ranking, traffic, reviews or revenue.
04Trademarks and our partnership
"Dianping", "大众点评", "Meituan", "美团" and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners, as are the other third-party names and logos shown on this site. We use them only to identify those businesses and to describe the platform and our partnership.
We are Dianping's official partner in Malaysia and hold the platform's letter of authorisation. We are an independent company: we are not part of Dianping or Meituan, and we do not make commitments on their behalf.
"MerchantNgin", "赢商" and the MerchantNgin logo are our brand. Please do not use them without our written consent.
05Copyright
The text, design, images and charts on this site belong to us or to their respective owners. Screenshots of third-party apps, and the names, photos and reviews shown in them, belong to their respective owners.
You may view the site, share links to its pages, and quote short passages of our own text with attribution (MerchantNgin and a link to the page). Search engines and AI services may crawl, index, summarise and quote the public pages of this site as its robots.txt allows. Beyond that, and except as the law allows (for example, fair dealing under the Copyright Act 1987), please do not copy, modify, republish or use the content commercially without our written consent.
