Four questions people ask before they get in touch

Do I need to speak Mandarin to work with you?

No. Dianping is a Chinese-language platform, but our team builds your store page, translates your menu or service list into Chinese, sets up your deals and runs the account day to day. You can work with us in English, BM or Mandarin, on WhatsApp or through the form, and we reply within one business day.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is by annual package: the Merchant Verified Listing or the Full Package. After the free consultation we send a full proposal and quote that fit your store; the consultation itself costs nothing. The minimum engagement for the Dianping service is one year, and signing starts a one-year service cycle. The verified merchant account (商户通) is itself billed yearly.

How fast can my store go live?

Once your materials are complete (photos, menu or service list, SSM and the owner's NRIC or passport), the platform review takes 3-5 working days and most stores are verified and live within 2-4 weeks. The clock starts when the checklist is complete, so the faster you send it, the sooner you go live.

Can I contact you if I am outside the Klang Valley?

Yes. For businesses in the Klang Valley (KL + Selangor) we can meet in person to look at your store and talk through a plan. For any other area, please message us on WhatsApp or send the form with your location and business type, and we will reply within one business day.
