02What this policy covers
This policy covers merchantngin.com, this website, and the enquiries you send us through it.
We handle personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
03What we collect
- The enquiry form: your name, phone / WhatsApp number with country code, business name, business type and email, plus the page you sent the form from and the site language.
- Campaign parameters: if you arrived by a link that carries them, we record utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and gclid. They are kept in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days and sent to us with the enquiry form.
- Site analytics: we use cookies through Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to see which pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
- What you send us: the messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.

- To reply to your enquiry and give you the free consultation.
- To follow up about our services by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- If you become a client, to set up and run your Dianping / Meituan listing and the other services you buy.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure our ads.
- To meet our legal and accounting duties.

The form fields marked * are what we need to reply to you. Without them, we cannot answer your enquiry.
07How long we keep it, and security
We keep your data only as long as these purposes need it, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.
We protect it with reasonable security measures, such as limiting who can access it and using encrypted connections.

You can:
- ask for access to your data, and ask us to correct it;
- withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop contacting you;
- ask us to limit how we use it.
