What is Dianping - and how is it related to Meituan?
Dianping (大众点评) is China's largest lifestyle review platform - the app Chinese consumers use for restaurant reviews, food reviews, beauty and leisure decisions, at home and abroad. Meituan is Dianping's parent company; verified merchants are cross-listed on Meituan for free - one setup, two platforms.
Do I need to speak Mandarin to work with you?

How fast can my listing go live?
Typically 2–4 weeks after we receive your complete materials (photos, menu or service list, business documents).
What's the minimum commitment?
The minimum engagement for the Dianping service is 1 year - signing starts a one-year service cycle. The verified merchant account (商户通) itself is an annual product.
Is this only for tourist-facing businesses?
No. Dianping and Meituan are also widely used by the local Chinese-Malaysian community - for F&B in KL, Penang and JB, local Chinese diners often match or exceed tourist volume.
How do Chinese customers pay?
The Dianping/Meituan ecosystem supports Alipay and WeChat Pay, and deal redemptions are settled by the platform - you don't need to handle RMB payments yourself.
